Redbank- Affordable Housing Estate 

Spencer

Spencer Mews is an Affordable Housing Estate which involved the construction of 17, low cost 2 bedroom houses. It was accepted into the Federal Government’s National Affordable Rental Scheme (NRAS) and was the first such development completed in Queensland






 

‘Fernbourne’ Retirement Village at Wellington Point

The project involved the development and marketing of 94 x 2 to 3 bedroom villas.

Manly – ‘Eco- style’ housing estate

Manly 'Eco-Style' is located on the corner of Manly & Whites Roads and consists of a 22 lot land sub-division. This site was designed and developed so that the end product produced a 21 site eco-style sustainable housing village.

The development which was designed by award winning architectural firm “guymer bailey architects” .features water recycling/ water self sufficiency; passive design energy efficiency; environmentally responsible material use; and sensitive eco-friendly house designs with a peaceful rainforest outlook

One “eco-advantage” of the site, is a fully set up sewerage and water package plant that was installed to service the 22 lots.

 

 

Affordable residential land subdivision - Blunder Road, Durack

Another affordable residential land sub-division is a 4.0 hectare site at Blunder Road-Durack. The site is located close to the Oxley Golf Course and has a north-easterly aspect with views. The land subdivision consisted of 22 sites, two of which retained existing houses.

 

 

‘Collingwood Grove’ - retirement village and child care centre development

The child care centre was developed as the first stage. The second stage of the development is planned for a 64 villa retirement village or an affordable housing estate. The site has also been pre-approved as a possible NRAS affordable housing development.
